The Adventus Group is pleased to announce that Dr. Ravikumar Srirangam has joined the organization as an Environmental Engineer. Ravi has 3 years of relevant experience as an environmental engineer and has worked on several pilot and full scale remediation projects. His areas of technical expertise and proficiency include:

• Remediation and destruction of PCBs in contaminated soils and sediments by physical and biological treatments.
• Bioavailability and risk assessment of chlorinated organics in contaminated soils/sediments.
• Active capping for remediation of POPs and metals in soils and sediments.
• Water/wastewater treatment.

A 2007 graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago, Ravi holds a PhD in Environmental Engineering. He also earned a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering and an M.Sc. degree in Chemistry from BITS(India). Ravi's principal focus areas with Adventus will include:

• Providing on-site support for remedial efforts focused on soil, sediment, wastewater and groundwater environments.
• Developing proposals and implementing sales, marketing and other business initiatives.
